There are more expansion posts over in the forums. But so far they have said it will be available by digital download only with expected dl starting in September and for a price of US $29.99 - same as most expansions run. And the dl starting in September is what they have apparently used in the past to mean it will be for sale then (so release date).
Y'all should go read the forums next time eq is patching or something. I read them every few days and you can find some cool info over there :p

That's the main site. I usually check out veteran's lounge and the tradeskill area was super helpful in getting dev response back when my expert cultural quest was bugged in the Hole so I knew there was a problem more than just me :p
