He is playing on Splitpaw I think. Unless he stayed on Runnyeye.
Either way, to send cross server tells from eq1:
[tell eq2.splitpaw.mackemi blahblah or
[tell eq2.runnyeye.mackemi blahblah

Note that you use [ instead of /

Sometimes the chat cross server is down, seems to work about half the time for me.
