Ok some info.
Keith checked for a place to stay. It's possible to rent appartments, but those will have room for about 5-6 people and are about €1000,- / month (we will split the costs among the people coming ofcourse).

He's gonna find out how much it will cost for say 1-2 weeks. Depending on how many people wanna come we might have to rent 2 appartments.

So how many are still interested?

And what dates suits you?
sept 3-sept 9
sept 10-sept 16
sept 17-sept 23
Or other options, like just a weekend or something.

We had a look with gf to book a flight to Florenzia and it is too late to grab cheap one => it will be for another year. One monte earlier and it should have been ok I think !!!

Maybe it's better to prospone it till next year?
Get detailed info sooner so people have more time to arrange something?
