Star Wars: The Old Republic release date 2011-Dec-22

Finally the release have been announced, who else will be playing on the euro servers at launch with early access or on 2011-Dec-22? Me and Imissya have pre-ordered and will be ready for early access, hope to see a few familiar faces there!

are you sure this is a mmo ? feels like a huge single player to me so far

Just got it yesterday, I'm playing on the US servers. What server/side you on Russ? Maybe we can hook up old school.

Defending the Gnomepublic on Uthar Wynn myself. So far its just me and Aramel on there, still trying to bribe/blackmail/force etc some of the others to come play there.

Right now I've got a level 9 sith inq on Hanharr(pve), and a few 5'ish chars on Prophecy of the five (pvp). Probably gonna stick to a PVE server, I always end up hating world pvp when I'm trying to quest and get ganked randomly. Haven't set on a definite server yet, just getting a feel for the game, though Hanharr is nice so far, usually not real full or have to wait in a queue

Sure you could pretty much single play the game if you wish too. But don't let it fool you, just because the story drag you into a single player feel it's far from it in my opinion. There are benefits playing with each other, such as social points, playing 4 man heroics or flashpoints. The flashpoints from lvl 20 are really fun.

I'm now playing a lvl 30 sage (healer) and having a lot of fun doing it! I might create an alt on one of your servers later on
