I don't know if anyone visits these forums any more, it's been a while since the previous post.

I've been thinking about Everquest a lot recently and miss it so much, I defined gaming and I haven't found a game since that even comes closes. I miss all of you guys too.

Does anyone still play games? I have created a discord channel in the hope over the next coming months/years people will join and we can maybe get the old gang back together? I know we all have busy lives kids, work etc but it would be awesome to reminisce.

Probably no Pantheon now, since founder Brad McQuaid was found dead yesterday.

Fond memories of Everquest. I log in on friday, i think server is Saryrn now.

I'm pretty sure Pantheon has even bigger chances to succeed now. All his fans will do an extra push to back VR with more money to complete Brad's legacy. RIP Aradune.

Hey Skues, how is the Bertox server doing atm?

Rox and I still playing on Phinnigel server. TBM launched 2 weeks ago.
The guild we're in is doing good. Still have mostly full raids, spec when a new expac launches. Sometimes even have people in sitout.
Anyways, it's nice to enjoy content we never experienced since Rox and I quit on live when Underfoot came out. So we're having a blast.

For people that are thinking of maybe start playing again. The leveling isn't too bad, spec when using heroic character option. Yes the last stretch can be a bit slow but doable. Spec if you know people on the server you're gonna play on that can help.
And with these newer expansions tasks give plenty of currency that you can use to buy nice gear with.

well... my two rl friends which are still playing and me have our own guild. not really raiding at all. lvling is pretty easy nowadays with all the xp (like the +73% boost now).
plat never was an issue (and is the same today, lol) - so all our toons are in 115 no-prestige gear and ftp usually (except when getting aa). still own the very very very old necro (pre scars of velious - omg) - and a ton other chars from quitting friends and so on. atm not much time to play as the motorcycle season (and my new ducati) is on and sunny days need to be used;-)
